Your images stay yours.
The whole extension exists to save images to your disk — not to send anything to ours.
What we collect
Nothing. The extension does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information, usage data, or image content.
What we send to servers
Nothing. Image re-encoding runs entirely inside your browser using standard web APIs. Files are saved directly to your local Downloads folder.
Permissions we request
- contextMenus — to add Save As options to your right-click menu.
- downloads — to save the re-encoded image to your Downloads folder.
- host access — so the extension can read the image you right-clicked from the page.
Third parties
There are no third-party services, no analytics, no ad networks, and no external SDKs bundled in the extension.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted here and referenced in the extension's Chrome Web Store listing.
